DVD Extras

I don't. I never watch any of the extras, listen to commentary, etc. I just wanna watch the movie and be done.

I don;t really care. Sometimes I enjoy watching outtakes or listening to the feature commentary though...

Depends on the movie. I watched the commentary on Ghostbusters, just out of curiosity - it was funnier than the movie.

Sometimes I do, but most of the time I don't.

The main reason I buy the special editions is that they're usually the ones that have the most audio options and also the good widescreen.

I don't think I have ever used the commentary but for some movies I do watch the trailers and "The Making Of..." things.

I like deleted and alternate scenes, but rarely watch the commentaries.

The deleted and alternate scenes are sometimes cool, but sometimes it's quite obvious why they were deleted.

Most important to me is that the movie is widescreen and has a DTS track. I could care less about "extras" as long as the movie has good sound and picture quality.

Most movies I skip ... I have watched some outtakes, but really could care less most of the time 🙂

Really... I'll have to try that soon.

I like them, but I have so many movies that I have not watched that I can never bring myself to watch a movie I've already seen with commentary. I do watch deleted scenes and some other less time-consuming extras.

I like having them, but they are not a deal-breaker for me.

It was Ramis, Aykroyd, and Reitman. You can imagine what happens when you get Ramis & Aykroyd together, and you'd be right.

i heard that when CD's first came out they offered extra content to make them more main stream, then after they really caught on they got rid of it, i heard a long time ago the same thing was expected for DVD's

there are a lot of people that still have VCR's hollywood video still has a LARGE collection of VHS for rent

usually don't care and don't bother, but I think James Cameron's commentary for Terminator 2 is one of the best I've sat through.

Definitely... the extras influence my decision to buy the DVD. I especially like listening to the director commentary(ies).

I actually enjoy listening to the commentary and watching the extra stuff. It allows you to learn more about the reason behind the movie.

It really depends on the movie. I hardly ever watch the commentaries, but I always check out the deleted scenes.

Stuff like trailers, games, etc... I just ignore.
