I'm looking for some DVD editing sofftware that will me to rip certain time segments of a DVD to MPEG/AVI/WMV/DIVX. All of the software that i've found here seems to convert the entire VOB.

In addition, i could also use some software that could extract audio from a DVD. Again, it needs to be able to put in a start/end time. I know this software exists because i've used it in the past.

Can someone help me out?
