DVD drive not showing up in Windows w/ Gigabyte S3

I just installed the latest Intel P965 inf driver, after which Windows will no longer load my DVD ROM drivers. Is there a "duh" fix that I'm missing out on?

looks like another ID 10T error. i was doing cable management earlier and i forgot to plug the IDE cable back into the DVD drive.
