DVD drive not reading encryption

Hi there,

I am trying to backup a dvd through dvdshrink and the liteon drive is not completing the process for the first time. Thank goodness my rebadged Plextor dvd burner does. Will a firmware fix this or is there nothing you can do.

Thats surprising to hear....especially since its a lite-on dvd drive. You can use dvd decrypter and just use dvdshrink to reauthor or backup. That works the best for me.
