DVD -> DiVX encoding - Is there a good second pass bitrate calculator?

I'm encoding some of my movies using the 4.xx codec, and I have enabled second pass. My ouput files look great, but are smaller than I would like, when I encode using the bitrate specified in my bitrate calculator. Does anyone have a program or trick they use to get second pass encodings closer to the 700MB mark?

Thanks!

Increase the bitrate. :)
Maybe your bitrate calculator is adding in a set amount already for sound encoding as well. Check up on that.

I've found that the absolute easiest way to hit the 700MB mark is to use GordianKnot. You may not want to use it, but I thought I'd at least mention it.

audio has nothing to do with it, this is a video discussion

LMK when you can find common 1080p source btw. ;)
