No, because all the VOB files may not fit on a 4.37gb DVD-R/+R disc. You'll need to use a program like DVD Shrink to analyze the ripped DVD files, and you may need compression and/or removal of extras to fit the movie on a DVD.
i'm transferring my decryted files from my hard drive back to a dvd -disc .do i need dvd shrink for that as the movies are only 2-3gb in size.they haven't been shrunk in any way the original movie is 2-3gb in size
If the original will fit on a smaller single-layer disc without shrinking, then just use Nero (5 or 6 if you have it) to make a new DVD Video and put the files in the video_ts folder. That should do it.
