Which ones are good? Dxr?3 Decoder from Creative or Hollywood Plus Cards? or any other brands that gives a nice clear picture quality! Thanks for you help!

they're the same card market under different name.
I think the H+'s svideo is good. they really should make one with composite out though.

The DXR3 is the HW+, I would get the DXR3 as they are identical, that is, if you actually need a decoder card
