I am going to get a DVD/CDROM unit instead of just a CDROM
for a PC i am building based on an ABIT KT&RAID/AMD 1.0.
I expect to pay <150 for a decent unit...it doen't have to
be the best, but i don't want to find that it's not good
enough....i don't know DVDs well...
I am focusing on the Pioneer 16x/40x DVD Slot Loading below***
Any reason to go tray loading instead of slot loading?
Pioneer is decent DVD right?
is it worth saving the ~25 bux for a 'slower drive' or other
name brand?

Im gonna get a toshiba dvd drive. Where is the best place to get one? Im looking to spend around $100. Im looking at the Toshiba 12x for $89 at directron. Should I go for that or is there a better one I should get?
