In the past, they had mentioned releasing the serial key away if they ever went under. Wonder if that is still the case.

From what I understand the legal battle over fair use rights will still be carried on by the ACLU and others. And I do think that other companies will pick up where 321 left off.

There's always DVD Shrink. I doubt anybody's going to stop that from being made.

hah, like any people copying bothered to buy their product when there are so many free alternatives around. pirates don't buy software anyways to boot. esp when its inferior:p
