I have a laptop with a 1.80 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and 2GB memory . I am using Vista Explorer to copy ( with the Burn button ) 3 or 4 video files of about 1GB each to a DVD , preserving their file format so that I can then just run the movie straight off the DVD . The Vista Explorer takes ages to do this , and it seems that copying one file 4 times is much quicker than copying 4 at one time . Is there some parameter somewhere which can speed this up ? I have looked at ImgBurn , but from my understanding , it will make an image and then copy that to the DVD , which is not what I want . Is there some proigram which does the same copy as Explorer , but faster ?

So you just want to burn the video files as data onto a DVD? BurnAware Free works great for that.
