DVD Copier

I have a bunch of DVD's here that i want to back up onto my computer but when i use nero or dvd shrink it makes the dvd into a bunch of diffrent files that my computer cant read is there a program that i can use to copy my dvd into one file

you could use DVD Decrypter and make an ISO which is one file with alot of files in it. DVD's have to have many files as they seperate the Audio from Video.
