DVD/CD-RW Combo Drives?

Has anyone heard of any issues or problems with these drives? I need a CD-RW drive and I would like a DVD drive also, so I was just wondering if anyone had heard of or personally had any problems with these drives.

My Ricoh MP9120A is 200+ burns (and 200+ DAE rips, hehe) deep and has been rock solid since early January.
