DVD Burnning/XP Problem ! Please Read inside. Thanks(Now Bad block/cd)???

Every time i burn DVD with Nero 6 (Win XP pro), I get error message in Windows Event loger and also every time I reboot my pc. Here is the error detail :

Does the DVD burn successfully?

yes but only with nero (still nero give me error but i ignore) and some times it doesn't play in my DVD player, but with RecordNow I can't even burn anything.
