DVD burning woes...

Hello all.

I just bought two Sony DVD+RWs for my LiteOn LDW-401S DVD+RW drive. I got one to burn successfully with iTunes but the other won't show up in Windows. And it refuses to burn or erase either saying that no disk is inserted in the drive.

I think this is my crappy burner acting up again but I want another opinion before I drop some cash on a new drive. :|

Well, have you used any other software besides iTunes to burn the DVD+RW discs? Have you tried Nero? Use Nero to do a full erase on the "bad" disc and see what happens. I'm sure you know you need to do full erase on RW discs on occasions.
