DVD burning question

I'm curious if its possible to burn two dvds to one seemlessly. I want to burn my lotr ttt discs onto one so I don't have to switch in the middle of it, I know there would be a noticable quality downgrade. I know I could use dvd shrink and shrink them both 2.3gb and burn them to a disc, but how would you get it to go from one movie to the next...

I think you would have to reauthor the DVD ?

I figured that i'd have to do something like that, was just kinda curious how to reauthor them to one..

DVD Author from Pegasys Inc 🙂 Great program. You can find it here. Unfortunately, it isn't freeware so you'll have to pay for it, but I can tell you it's well worth the money.

I tried the reauthoring with Pinnacle "seomthing" I can't think of the name right off the bat. But it took forever.

Why not just rip them into like AVI or something and combine them and reburn ?

I know very little about dvd burning or ripping, so I didn't know I could do that, I'll check into it.
THanks
