DVD burning HD Cloning Bootable Software?

I need to do the following with some software.

I need to boot to the software, OR run it without installing it (possibly over network would be good).
I need the software to do 3 things:

1 Clone the HD to Image
2 Burn Image (immediately or later) to DVD
3 Make bootable the clone (or I guess I could jsut use the software)

Anyone know of software that will do this or similar?

Right now I'm using Linux Knoppix w/ dd to copy one disk to a USB disk, then moving that over and burning to DVD wtih another program.... kinda convoluted, too many steps.

I want to just plug in the DVD burner, boot to the software and change DVD disks when needed. Then I can Archive the DVD (because incrementals will take place forever after that).

Anyways, Thanks for the info if anyone can help.

The last version of Drive Image (before Symantec bought it) should be able to do that. The CD is usually bootable and I know it could burn CD's, not sure about DVD. Ghost may do it but I've never tried.
