So i jsut used dvd decrypter and put a dvd on my hdd. Now i want to encode thoose files to a HD quality then put them on a dvd to watch. What program should i use to encode them to HD quality then burn

Even yelling "enhance!" won't magically add pixels that aren't there.

The source data (DVD) was 480i, going to any higher resolution by upscaling / upconversion just adds fake interpolated pixels. An upconverting DVD player can do that automatically, or your TV or DVD player software can too without needing to encode anything.

And even if you did manage to get a reasonable 720p encode out of it by using tricky software, you wouldn't get the thing back on a DVD anyway, it would be too big.

I've used decrypter before, and I don't think there is a way without burning them to a dvd. I've only used it to backup my kids movies, never to keep them on the hard drive for viewing.
