I got a Memorex 16x DVD/CD burner having some issues.
The main issue lately. When i burn a CD using Nero, it reaches 100% and it keeps spining and spining and you can't kill unless you restart the computer. It doesnt do it all the time.
Second issue, when putting CD/DVD's sometimes it grinds and can't read it. I have to take it out and place it back in.
The first issue, i dont know if its a hardware or software issue, but it just started doing it lately, also the second problem is been doing it lately, but not sure if it depends on the media type.
I thought i ask before i email memorex for support.
