DVD audio conversion progams

Any exist? Have a few discs that I would like to convert to CD format to play in the car.

RIp your DVD *.AC3 audio tracks with SmartRipper (it has the options to save only the audio by selecting the 'demux to extra file' option)
then convert thee AC3 to wav with HeadAC3he.
