Yes, but you can only do it on an NVIDIA or Matrox card that supports spanning (ie, treating both monitors as one giant desktop instead of as two separate screens). It also won't work (I'm pretty sure) with hardware assisted decoding, as the hardware decoder can't split its output onto both monitors.
Of course, even if it *does* work, you've got a big gap in the middle of your 'screen'. But if you had a Matrox G750, with triple monitor support...
