DVC80 wont capture images...cant figure out why

i am trying to play my n64 on my computer and i cant get anything to work through the DVC80. once in a while, if i play around with the RCA inputs, i can get a still frame. but nothing streaming. it is so annoying.


i cant get any software to work with it....i cant even get this thing to get pictures from a movie camera or anything. wtf is going on?
