DV7 Backlight failure after GPU Reflow

I reflowed a DV7 ATI GPU and now the laptop works fine but I don't get a backlight on the screen. I just plugged in the cable, never actually mounted the whole laptop back together. Is this a problem when I reflowed, a backlight failure, loose cable or should I just reassemble and see?
