how would i go about cleaning it?

just wanna get all the dust off the back of the card and blowing wind doesn't seem to work that well.

tips anyone?

Wait, are you talking about the kind of wind that you can light, if you had beans the night before?? I think compressed air would work much better!
 
Like they said, compressed air. Don't let any fans on the card spin from the compressed air. Use your finger to hold the fan. Unplug pc before removing card.

With the fans - why mustn't they spin? I've blown off fans already with compressed air. I did just think about the possibility of them inducing a current back into the motherboard, but I don't know if the kind of fan motor usually used in PCs can do that.
