It looks like I have dust in the monitor (Dell P2414H) and they look like dead pixels.
Since I took the picture another one has appeared and I'm starting to wonder if it is possible to remove these dust particles. I sealed the ventilation vent on top so more can't get in, because it doesn't appear to be overheating.
I could try opening it but I'm sure it's not that simple and the particles are in a hard to get place.
Can you give me some advice on how to handle it ?
