same universe as EVE. you fight on the planets that the ships orbit. if someone wants to take over a world, they need fps players to go in and clean it out. no requirement to have both games according to wiki.
cant really say anything about the looks of the world based on the trailer, pants on head ridiculously dark. no hint of gameplay either.
i can see the IM chat now:
battlecruiserCaptain- "i need you to establish a beachead now and take out the com towers! my entire clan is waiting to annex this planet"
battalionCommander- "umm yeahh, now doesnt really work for me. little suzy has a piano lesson at 3 o'clock and my platoon leader has a Ochem midterm to study for."
battlecruiserCaptain- "what about after dinner?"
battalionCommander- "dude, fringe is on tonight"
