Duron Temperature

I have a Duron 700 on an Asus A7V and I was wondering what the normal CPU and motherboard temp is. The Asus Probe intalled into windows says that my CPU temp is 59-60C (sometimes even higher) and mb temp is 40C. Is this normal, I'm planning to overclock the Duron and was thinking that it might become way too hot after overclock.

P.S. I only have a standard heatsink fan on the processor and normal case
