Duron Temperature

I have a Duron 700 on an Asus A7V and I was wondering what the normal CPU and motherboard temp is. The Asus Probe intalled into windows says that my CPU temp is 59-60C and mb temp is 40C. Is this normal, I'm planning to overclock the Duron and was thinking that it might become way too hot after overclock.

P.S. I only have a standard heatsink fan on the processor and normal case

If you temp are corect then they are high. i have a t-bird 700@928 and my mobo temp is always around 30c and my cpu und heavy load is around 43c so yes you have a temp problem what kind of case do you have and how many fans. In my old case i had temps like yours i switch to a tonado 2000 case and it made a big change. I would look for a case oh what kind of heat sink and fan do you have on you cpu that is were you want to start first when you have temps problems im using a PEP-66 alpha. hope this helps.
