Duron Overclocking + KT7A-Raid

Hello,
I recently purchaced a KT7A Raid to replace my broken A7V. I have a few questions however.
How do i find out the BIOS version
How do i set the memort to PC133 as its currently set to PC100 by default.
If i set the FSB to 133, would i be overclocking the MoBo, because the MoBo can do 133 safely as 133 is needed for athlons. Also the memory is PC133, so in theory the only over stressed component is the Duron600. as a 133FSB will run it a 800mhz.

Hello Again, one more thing
does any body know the absolute lowest voltage a duron600 will do?

also, i managed to run my pc fine @36*c @800 for about 30mins then i set it to 600 again for safety

Your Duron should be fine. I'm currently running mine at 133 FSB, and I had it at 140 previously. My Duron's default voltage is 1.6.
