Duron o/c'ed keeps resetting during boot

OK, I got it to OC to 850 @ 1.70 volts (8.5 x 100) ROCK SOLID!
I have upped it to 1.725v for 900 and even 1.75v and all it does is reboot during boot up.
Do I just add more volts or am I running a risk of messing up here.

Don't worry too much about the voltage. The Durons can handle 1.85 with no problem. Just make sure you have a good HSF to dissipate the heat.

Just make it 1.85V, you might have reach the limit at 900 for a 600.

Hehe, pity. Should have gotten a 700Mhz. My 700Mhz Duron does 800Mhz at 1.5volts and 900Mhz at 1.55volts/

Well, I will try, once I get more cooling to the MB - Bought another fan that I will place pointing right at the cpu/cooler.

No matter what, I am happy with being able to overclock my 600 to 850.
