I just bought an Athlon 900MHz Processor. Inside the box there is a Duron manual. It is an Athlon retail box. The chip is marked Athlon. Is this the only manual AMD makes for their processors? If anyone has purchased an AMD Athlon socket A processor, could you tell me what manual came in the box? Also, how can I tell if this is a T-Bird Athlon? Also, on my motherboard, their are settings for cpu multiplier factorand cpu fsb/pci clock. Are these settings in the Athlon manual that I believe I should have gotten, and if not, where do I get this info. Any info would be greatly appreciated.....Hersh

If its a socket processor, and it says Athlon on it, its a Thunderbird. If its a socket, then I don't know.

The settings for multiplier and FSB etc should be in your motherboard's manual.
