Duron locked overclocking

my processor(AMD duron 1gz morgan) is still locked, I should just get down and unlock it, but I'm lazy, but I was just wondering one day i raised the voltage, I didnt think it would raise it because it was locked, but my Via hardware monitor reads that im secding 1.85 volts to the cpu, but I still can't overclock higher than 1.07ghz, with the FSB, its a Fic AZ-11EA, KT133A mobo. It seems like its giving it more juice? Is it?
