Duron Locked or Unlocked?!?!

Look to see if the L1 set of the "Golden Bridges" are connected. If they are then the CPU is unlocked.

I am guessing that my Duron is locked cause it doesn't look like any of the bridges are connected. I guess I'll just have to take a pencil and cover up the L1 bridges eh?
 
I wouldn't say cover up the bridges, but connect the bridges. You'll get some interesting results if you covered them all up with a single blotch of pencil. It would also be a good idea to use something more permanent, since many people experience deterioration of the pencil over time.
