I am looking at getting an overclockable duron 600mhz CPU. I currently have PC100 memory. Do I need to go with PC133 to make it higher or can I just up the multiplier as in 4x to try 800mhz?

I haven't been keeping up with the duron/athlon overclocking skills. I just would rather not have to buy new SDRAM.

Mp will work just fine. Get Abit KT7 or Asus A7V mobo and good heatsink.

BTW on my A7V I run Duron on 900MHz @100fbs @1,79V but my ram runs at 133MHz. It gave me nice 10% speed boost in Unreal.
