PC-Chips M810LMR. Everything you need, plus an included AMR modem card that also works very well.
This board has matured a long way, the latest revision (v7.1 IIRC) taking anything from Duron-600 up to the
latest Athlon XPs. You get 4-channel sound, decent video (for a shared-memory VGA using SDRAM it's
pretty fast as well, and it has DVD accelerators built in), LAN and modem from the SiS 730S chipset,
an AGP and two PCI slots for later upgrades.
Coming soon: M841LR. Uses the new SiS 740 chipset for DDR or SDRAM, has faster graphics. Three PCI but
no AGP slot.
