duron and P3 lifetime

well...all is in the topic: what is the (general) lifetime of a duron and P3 cpu when O/C (with average Temp.)????

I know if I don`t O/C, the cpu has a lifetime warranty or at least I thing that.

I'm pretty sure that Intel specs its CPUs to run for 7 years non-overclocked. Past that I can't say.
