Duron and A7V ocing...?

I have a question... although it may seem kinda stupid...

If I want to overclock with the A7V (multiplier), what is everything that I need to do. Do I just connect the L1 bridges (if anyone has a REALLY descriptive sight on doing this cuz it's my first time, it would be helpful)? Is there anything else I need to do to the board? Also, some information on highering the voltage would be nice.
