They are roughly the same price, which would you guys recommend? I am also considering a Duron 800. Also, which of the 3 is most overclock friendly?

The T-bird 'cuz the extra cache gives it an edge in performance. About the overclockability of the processors, go here to get an idea.

So I should go ahead and get the T Bird? Reason I ask right now is, I will be ordering it in a few minutes and want to be sure I'm making the right decision.

BTW, does anyone know of a site that shows Duron and T Birds going head to head at thier default clock speed?

Just go the the Anandtech main page and do a search there. As a rule of the thumb, the T-birds are approximately 10% faster than Durons. Let me put it in another way, a Duron is equal to a 100Mhz less T-bird(i.e. Duron 600 = T-bird 700). Get the T-bird, you won't regret it.

They should be about the same performance, I'd take the T-Bird because it's clocked lower and so should have more headroom for overclocking.
The Duron might be a touch faster in some apps and the T-Bird might be a touch faster in tohers.
Rule of thumb is Duron = T-Bird of 100MHz lower clock.
