Duron 800 or 750 T-Bird?

Both of these are in my price range, which one would be better? I plan on overclocking to whatever they will go to, which is my best bet to end up with the fastest chip? Its going on a MSI K7TPRO2A, I'm not sure which cooler I'll get but I dont want anything too loud!

i have heard of probelms with duron 800 oc'ing. I would tend to think that you can't beat the performance you can get with a duron 700 or 600 oc'ed. I have mine at 1000mhz.....
