I've got my duron 750@9x100cpu clock and 107fsb
Could i go with a better heatsink/cooling combo to get that any higher or is that as fast as I can go???
I've currently got a chromeorb on the chip now.
Would anyone give me any suggestions please, such as case cooling, possibly peltier, or water cooling???

I would suspect so, my 650 will go 1050 with the correct voltage massaging. I think that plenty of people will have something to say about your cooling, so i'll leave it to them.

I stayed @900 when I had my cheapo coolermsater, since it was running too hot. However, when I switched to the Taisol CGK742092 I could bump it up to 1050.

About chromeorb, its good for lite overclocking only. A better hsf would be good, but if you got the money build a watercooler and put a big (120mm) but quiet fan in case and you will be much happier, mainly cuz most hsf for serious OC or even just running a stock T-Bird at a "good" temp are noisy, again I say NOISY as my brain rattles from my Alpha PAL6035's Delta fan's hum. Sorry I digress. I am planning to build me a water cooler as soon as wife loosens the purse strings again. :D
