Duron 750@1Ghz... safe temp?

I have a duron 750 @ 1Ghz using a 9.5 multiplier, 105 FSB and CV of 1.85. it is running at about 40 degrees celsius. Is that a safe temp? what is too hot?
 
That's a safe temp. My D700 is overclocked to 1083MHz and the temp generally hovers around 38C. Last weekend I ran a CPU stability test for 90 minutes and then checked the temp: it was 41C. So, I'd say you're okay.
