Duron 700 won't boot up

I am having trouble with FIC AZ11 with Duron 700 that won't boot up. Everything runs, but I cannot seem to get video at start up. I am using crucial memory. I switched memory to different slots, even used different memory. Used a TNT2 video card and an Intel 740 AGP. But, still no video. Also tried two different monitors. Can't figure out if it could be the motherboard or the processor that may be malfunctioning. Suspect motherboard because no beeps are heard. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the jumper on 133 or 100, if on 133 it will not boot up, change it to the 100 jumper setting as in the manual.
I woud reset the bios with the jumper pins also and make sure they're on the default setting.

Have u unplugged the power cable and reset the CMOS jumper?
.......then plug back in the power cable and try to boot - weird stuff but many Socket A motherboards REFUSE to boot if you don't do that....don't ask me why???? 🙁

Make sure the mobo is not grounding out in the case....in fact remove it from the case just have the CPU,Memory, vid card in it and fore it up and see what happens. Oh make sure the mobo is on a nonconductive surface also.

Still nothing

Oh, so sad.
Check list:

Make sure that the power supply voltage is set to 110 V
Apply thermal grease on to the CPU and if possible onto the chipset.
video card is plugged in properly
Memory modules are fully inserted

Let see..... what else?

if you are having this much trouble, just get a new one. i dont think its worth all this trouble because every step that can be taken to get this baby to work has already been said, i think
