I want to try and take the chip to the limit i need to know the MAX voltage it can take and the MAX temp.

Also does ne1 know where i can get the voltage crack for a KT7-RAID MoBo

For what it's worth, my Duron 700 runs stable at 1083MHz and a KT7 nonRAID mobo. I have the voltage set at 1.8; on your board you can take it to 1.85v in the bios. I'm not sure about the maximum temp. Frankly, you want to have good cooling from the start so that it doesn't even become an issue for you.
