Duron 700 oc'ez I NEED ADVICE

I have abit kt7 r, my duron 700 is rock stabile at 9x105 = 945 mh 1.675vcore
it posts at 1000, but cant go to windows
which voltage is preffered

Up the voltage to 1.85

bump it up slowly until windows boots, or u can go straight to 1.85, and bump down until it works still.....more voltage, more heat
