Duron 650 Week40 bad overclocker ?

There are many rumors about newer weeks not overclockable as the old ones. I start to believe this now.
I have just installed Duron 650 AKAA0040..week 40 on Abit KT7. I can only run it stable at 850Mhz using 1.85. Can not even post at 900Mhz.
Tried Duron 700 AKBA week 30, and can managed to o/c it 1GHz at 1.85 stable.

Any comments ? Any suggestions to make it higher other than soldering mobo ?
Any Duron650 week40 users here ? How much did u o/c it ?

look at it in perspective....you got 200mhz over what it is rated for.... thats not the best, but.... hey its a big increase! some overclock more, some less....

check out www.overclockers.com and their interactive cpu database. They don't all tell the week number but it's cool to see what other people are able to get to.
