I just purchased a retail Duron 650 fron onvia. The price was a little over $100, so I could use the 25 off 100 coupon. My question is will the 650 overclock the same as the 600 and 700 Duron's, or did I just waste 75 bones? Thanks in advance!!

theortically the 650 isnt supposed to do any better than the 600.
individual mileage will vary: some have 600@1200, some 700@850.
i guess its all luck (and the quality of your chip)
now the reason why the 650 is no more than the 600 is because the 650 still uses
the 1.5v default, the only diff. is the 6.5 multiplier, vs 600's 6. :)

Most of the 650's I have tested will make 950 although, a lot of 600's reach this level. However, I have only made it to 1000 and 1050 using the 700's. All voltages are at 1.85 on a KT7, Arctic Silver, PAL6035.
