Duron 650 question

I just ordered a duron650. My dealer claims it's unlocked and newer then week31. What i understand is that newer then week31 can hit 1050-1100. Anyway does AMD make unlocked durons newer then week31?. If yes how high did you hit with your duron 650 newer then week31

week 31 is definately locked, 1000 is basically the max overclock, 1100 overclocks are not common during this week

I know what's up. I askes my dealer why it was unlocked he said i unlocked it for you. Some dealers are just too good😉

Well i asked for a locked one😉
because they overclock well he guesses some kind of a glue to unlock wich is way better then pencil unlocking. The damn postal guys came today but nobody was at home i have to pick it up tommorow;(
