Duron 650 mhz
Asus A7V (ver. 1004C)
64 mb pc133 sdram X 2 pieces
Themaltake socket A heatsink
250w power supply
Maxtor 20.4 GB ata100
msi nvidia TNT2 Pro
Win Me

My duron 650 mhz is an unlock chip.(with L1. IIII)
i have o.c my duron 650 but the result is dissappointed !
can o.c to 721 mhz only.before step 1 and 2 i still using default voltage setting, could it be an error there...?

i have done:
1)set jumper to jumper mode.
2)set multiplier to 7.5x(result 721 mhz during boot up)
3)set voltage to 1.665v/1.712v/1.76v/1.824v--still the same 721mhz each time boot up(cpu temp. are 42~44'c in asus probe monitoring).

Whenever set multiplier to 8.5x with 1.6v to 1.8v ,pc fail to p.o.s.t .
any step that i didn't follow?how about the CPU External Frequency setting(DSW,the one with 4 dipswitches)?do i need to set to 103/105mhz during jumper in jumper mode(with different voltage setting)?if i am not mistake, increased the cpu frequency will caused dram frequency decreased ,what is the best figure?

i have tried to change from sdram 133 to 100 mhz in bios but result still the same, running 721 mhz only!
i am running the default setting 650 mhz now.your help is much appreciated.
