Duron 600 to 1gig, problem with Prime 95

I know everyone is prolly getting sick of the Duron probs on this forum, but I was wondering if anyone out there was having problems with their Prime 95 benchmark in a Duron 600 (1 gig) setup. I can run almost any other benchmark, but when I run prime 95 then I get a "hardware error." I know my Ram isn't that great...the SyncMax 256 meg pc133 Cas 3 deal earlier this month. Anyhow, if anyone has had this problem and knows a solution, I would love to hear it.

check your temps on the chip, if its reaches 55 or 56C (asus probe) it will fail prime95
