Im putting a PC together for my father. I am wondering if the Morgan Duron 1300 Mhz will work on a ECS K7VZA? I just flashed it to the newest bios, 3.6a, and the chipset on the mobo is a Via KT133a. I am currently using it but will upgrade and will recycle it if the Duron 1300 will work. ECS's website says Morgan Durons are supported, but gives no speeds....i know the Motherboard can support Athlon XP and Thunderbirds up to 1.5 GHz...please help :)

shouldnt have any trouble supporting the duron

if it supports the athlonxp's then it will support the new durons :) (they use the same core, just the duron has less L2 cache)

It should work (similar to my K7T Turbo), but check for the 13x multiplier anyway.
