Duron 1 Ghz on DDR vs SDR

I'm wondering how much of performance difference when using a Duron 1 Ghz on KT266A with DDR compared to a KT133A with SDR. Will it be any noticable improvement in speed using DDR since the Duron is limited to a 200 mhz bus while the ram is running at 266.
